how to lock your personal pendrive with password??

At first insert your pen drive after insert your pen drive right click on your pen drive then chose turn on BitLocker option
after processing check on use a password to unlock this drive option then enter your password and also reenter your password,
then click next option then chose save a file option after save the file 3time click next option then chose start encrypting option after complete the encrypting process eject your pen drive, then insert your pendrive now your pen drive is locked.
